Better Together keeps families together by offering support and preventative services that empower the whole person and the entire family. Through their two programs, Better Families and Better Work, they equip individuals and families to succeed.
Resources that Better Together provides include but are not limited to:
- Better Jobs: Volunteers that help prepare individuals with interview tips, resume help, and job coaching
- Better Families: Host families for the children of individuals trying to get back on their feet in addition to other resources like job and life coaching

Breaking Barriers' mission is to break the rate of homelessness and recidivism by providing recently incarcerated individuals with the resources needed to build and maintain a successful life for themselves and their families.

Lutheran Services of Florida (LSF) is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to helping the most vulnerable Floridians. We do this by reducing the suicide and drug addiction rate, giving families in crisis the support they need to persevere, and making sure those in poverty get the education they need to close the achievement gap.
